Last week I painted some moss… I know crazy, right?
I made this moss wreath last fall, but it was feeling a little dark and dreary… I guess I needed a little Spring in my living room.

I decided to tried some spray paint on it to see what would happen.
I only had 2 shades of green in the garage… neon green & forest green… huge contrast.
I started with the neon green and then immediately sprayed it with the forest green. I thought it needed a little lightening so I gave it a few light sprays of heirloom white. And the results…
I thought I’d put of few of my twine’ified eggs in the center.
I’m not sure what I think? It looks a bit like my wreath is going gray and needs a dye job. I think I’d like it more if it was an apple green shade… hum?
Any-who…
On to the party….

A little paint changes everything!
Sorry about posting the wrong URL on my first attempt at linking up. Sometimes I forget to copy after I highlight :/
A little paint brought that wreath back to life! Love it. And I love the twine eggs added to it. I made some of my own twine eggs and posted a link back to your original post about them on my blog at http://yankeebellehome.blogspot.com/2010/03/twine-eggs.html.
Thanks so much for the inspiration!
I love the way your wreath turned out! And I'm absolutely in love with those eggs!
Love the blended colors! That was a great "reuse". It always so much better to recycle and reuse rather than toss and rebuy!
