92nd Power of Paint Party… Going Blue

Last week I got started on our family room transformation. Our family room has been pumpkin butter for almost 4 years now and I was ready for it to go.

Here’s what it use to look like…

behind my fall mantel last year.

Here it is in my new soft, Inspiration Blue…

It’s so soft and changes the whole feel of the room. I’ve got beadboard in the works for one of the walls… I’m so excited… I’m finally going to be using beadboard wallpaper!

Here’s what I used for this project:

Dutch Boy’s Dimensions paint in Inspiration Blue

Purdy’s XL 1.5” brush

my whole house is pumpkin butter and I am so ready to lighten it up too!

wish I could tell what that blue is. On my screen both pics are whitish.
