Dark & Dreamy!

It is finished! At least the tabletop. You can read about part 1 here if you missed it. This tabletop use to be a creamy white, but after seeing countless tables with a creamy white base and a dark and dreamy tabletop… I finally did something about it!!

Here’s what I used:

General Finishes Gel Stain in Java

Minwax Paste Finishing Wax

Klean-Strip Paint Thinner

Foam brushes

old sock or cloth

sandpaper

Oh how I LOVE my new tabletop!!! You read all the how-to over at the DIY Club.

I LOVE paint! I love how quickly and easily it can transform a room or any item. To feed my love of all things paint related I started the Power of Paint Party (POPP). The PoPP starts every Tuesday night at 7 pm (PST) and runs through Friday at 7 pm (PST). Then on Saturday morning I have a PoPP Spotlight where I feature some of the most clicked paint projects and a few of my favorites.
