With Spring just around the corner, one of my latest crushes is… Bird Cages! Bird Cages became a HOT décor item a few years ago… but I still think they are hot (especially in Spring) and now we’re seeing them in even more creative ways.

I love the romantic look of birdcages, but never seem to find them at garage sales and such. I just wistfully look at them on other people’s blogs wishing I could find some at a non-retail location. Great images! Thanks for sharing.
Yes! I love bird cages too! I have three vintage wooden ones in my kitchen. A 1950′s hanging cage on a stand, and a newer large metal one.

I adore bird cages. Dore at Burlape Luxe has an antique one that I swear I will steal if she should ever happen to invite me over for coffee. Good thing we’re on opposite coasts.
For now, I’ll use my $20 Target special. Great inspiration photos.
I have one birdcage that I bought at Marshalls years ago. I have used it in so many places around the house. Love them.
