133rd Power of Paint Party… ORB’ed Chest

Welcome Paint Lovers to this week’s Power of Paint Party!!!  If you’re new here this is a party all about paint and only paint.  Come check out all the amazing paint projects and link up yours as well.

A few months ago my mom asked if I wanted her old wicker chest.  If something is free… in decent shape and can be used as storage too… well, you don’t have to ask me twice.

Here’s a little peaky at the after…

The color before was a little too reddish for my liking.  It has been begging for me to paint it… can you hear it?

So I took one of my favorite spray paint colors of all time… ORB… Oil Rubbed Bronze!  Love this color.. it’s a deep espresso with flecks of gold, shiny goodness… you can’t go wrong with that.

A couple light coats later and she was transformed.

All ready to hide the kiddos shows in again!
