Winners… I need you to respond by Monday, July 9th!
I tried another pin this week. If you missed last week, I started a summer series that I’ve titled “I Tried A Pin.” I’ve saved so many great things on Pinterest, so I’m working my way through some of them to see how they really work for me.
This week I tried out a pin that would clean my stove burners all while I slept. Can’t get much better than that.
So I got my supplies together…
stove burners
gallon size baggies
ammonia
Here’s one of my burner before…
Yes… they were in desperate need of a cleaning!
I followed the directions that I found at The V Spot. I poured in about 1/4 cup of ammonia into one of the baggies. Then I put one of the burners into the baggie and sealed it up well.
I took it out back and placed it on one of our patio tables. Then I went back inside and forgot about it till the next morning. Don’t you love that kinda cleaning!
In the am, after pulling the burner out of the bag, I gave it a wipe with a sponge and magic… I’d say about 80% of it just wiped off with no real rubbing.
Here’s a side by side of a unclean and clean burner.
You can see there is still a little grease on the “after” side, but a huge improvement for just a simple wipe.
I’d give this pin a thumbs up!
Thanks for stopping by friends…
