Happy Thursday Friends! I hope your enjoying this week of giveaways as we celebrate my 3rd Blogiversary. If you missed the rest this week I’ve got Purdy’s Paint & Prep Kit here, 2 Gallons of Dutch Boy Paint here and Goose Creek Candle here.
Today I’ve got another great giveaway from Wallpaper for Windows. “Wallpaper for Windows decorative and privacy window films are the easy DIY way to decorate and add privacy to windows, glass doors, french doors, shower enclosures, mirrors and more.”
When the folks at Wallpaper for Windows contact me I knew exactly where I wanted to use their product.
Our master bedroom and bathroom are connected with a long hall with our closets on either side and at the end of the hall is the shower. Not the most private location. So I figured some of their Wallpaper for Windows on my shower enclosure would be perfect.
I gave them my measurements and it arrived at my house all cut and ready to go.
I was impressed on how easy it was to apply it to the glass. After cleaning the glass well you spray the glass till it’s good and wet with a spray bottle that you’ve added a couple drops of soap to. Then you peel off the backing and place it on the glass. The film is thick enough to where it’s not flimsy, which makes it great to work with. Once you have the film in place you spray it with more of the soapy water before you smooth out the bubbles with the credit-card like applicator they supply you with.
Check out the results…
Now our shower has some privacy!

I would use the leaded glass on my front glass door and side window. Would be a great look.
My front door has these ginormas side windows that I cannot find window film to fit – until now that is!! I like the frosted glass and the leaded – it would be hard to choose:)
i so super need this for my basement half bath we just built. i desperately need the frosted or the lite frosted film. fingers and toes crossed for this!
It would be cool to try it on our back door. It has a huge glass inset.
Genius and sooo pretty. It’s always the small details that really make a space.
I have a window in my bedroom that I’ve been struggling with what to do with it. Its big and open, but I don’t want to cover it with curtains. I think this may be my answer!
I have a long, narrow window in my hallway that is begging for Wallpaper For Windows!
I would love this for my laundry room door!
I’d put tropical oasis on a non-descript window in our familyroom. It would add loads of character to a very plain corner.
Thank you for a chance to win! I would pick the etched window film to put on my glass shower doors. What a great way to perk up glass.
Oh my! I have these 4 windows in my house (2 in family room & 2 in dining room) they don’t open! They would be perfect for this project!
I am so excited to see this on a shower door….I’ve been meaning to try but didn’t know how it would look! It looks great; I’m going to do this on mine.
The one window in the guest room would be perfect for a Wallpapers for Windows treatment! I can just picture it now!

We need to add a privacy window film to the sidelights in our front door.
I would use this on our master bath window.
Wow, this would be perfect for our master bathroom shower as well!
i really, really, really want to do my living room windows with the frosted glass look.
i have a giant beast of a lap dog-st bernard. she LOVES to stalk the windows and climb on my new sofa and bark at passers by. So irritating. but i HATE HATE HATE having the windows and blinds and curtains closed up.
it’s like living in a gosh darned cave. want the frosted glass so she can’t SEE anymore and will stop harassing the poor old people as they walk by.
We have these high arched windows in the living room that I would love to apply this to.
