These mini pies are so light in texture that they are great in the summer too.

  • 1 3/4 cup Milk ((or whatever amount your box of pudding calls for))
  • 1 carton Whipped Topping ((small size))

Step 1
Bake the puff pastry shells as directed on the package.
Step 2
While the shells are baking, prepare the chocolate pudding with the pie directions on the box. Chill the pudding in the fridge for 15 minutes.
Step 3
Once pudding has chilled add 1 cup of whipped topping to the pudding and mix till combined.
Step 4
Scoop pie mixture into cooled puff pastry shells.
Step 5
Add a scoop of whipped topping to the top of each pie just before serving.

They pair perfectly with a cup of coffee.   If you love a cup of hot goodness I’ve got a giveaway going on you’ll love.  You can enter to win a Keurig!

This recipe looks so easy, puff pastry has intimidated me in the past – but I’ll try it because it looks sooo yummy!! Love your photos too! Heather

  2. says! Those are so darling! I love anything with pudding in it, on it, under it, near it! I am pinning so that I remember this dessert the next time I have guests for dinner.
