Countdown to Fall Party… PB’ish Wreath

Sharing is caring!

This last week I hung my fall wreath on the front door.  The kiddos have been in school for almost a month, Labor Day has passed and we’ve been having cool weather…  so I figured I was in the clear to hang my fall wreath, right? 🙂

A couple of years ago I made myself a Pottery Barn’ish wreath.  Here is one of their wreaths this season…

isn’t it gorgeous… I just love Pottery Barn!

This wreath is very similar to the one I used as my inspiration.

Here is mine…

I used some faux leaves and berries and pushed them into a grapevine wreath.

I didn’t even use hot glue!  Our front door is protected from the wind though, so if yours is exposed I would recommend hot gluing.

I found my collection of faux fall goodies at Dollar Tree & Michaels.

Most of the leaves are from a leave garland that I cut up… it was cheaper that way!

I love the contrast against the black door!  All the different shades of leaves… reds, yellows and even a little bit of green are so pretty.

So how are you counting down to Fall?

I’d love to see your fall goodies… recipes, decor, crafts, traditions… inspire us!

This party is simple… just link up!

As long as it’s fall related you can join in!

This next week I’ve got a bunch of GREAT giveaways to share with you as I celebrate my 1 year blogging anniversary… I can’t wait!

I’m sharing my fall wreath at the wonderful parties in my PARTIES menu bar.

What is the diameter of your wreath? I don't want one too small or too large. Just trying to find the perfect size for my front door.

Your fall colors are wonderful — most inspiring as we head back to the concrete jungle.

Did you hear about our $100 value Roxy girls' bedding giveaway? Hope so (it ends tomorrow). Also, we have a new Giveaway Friday link up party so I hope you'll stop by and link up your goodies, too. Jane F.

Ok I love the wreath, but it is your black door that is the true beauty for me. Oh how I want a black door. Got to convince my Love that we need a black door.
Oh and yes that is a very nice wreath 🙂 (on that black door)!

Isn't fall wonderful? It is so much more rewarding to make your own wreath as it is to just buy one. Beautiful job.

Looks great! I made a similar one last year, but of course you know I had to add some glittered pumpkins in there. Thanks for hosting the party, I'm ready for fall!

Your wreath is fabulous! I love how you did it so frugally and still ended up with something that can be held up to a Pottery Barn likeness. Bravo! Lisa~

Oh this is too perfect! I am thinking about painting my front door this week and seeing your numbers on yours made me realize that I could do that on mine! I am determined to not hang my fall wreath until the door gets a face lift! Thanks so much for the inspiration,
