Countdown to Spring Party… Twine’ified Eggs
To kick-off the Countdown to Spring Party I had to share my favorite easy-peasy Spring project from last year!
Why not wrap a plastic egg with twine… because everything looks better twine’ified, right?
I have a ton of plastic eggs that I’ve collected over the years and I’ve always got twine in my stash… maybe you’ve got all you need on hand to make these adorable eggs too.
If not Dollar Tree carries plastic eggs & twine.
A little moss nest cradles a twine egg…
Or a bunch in a pretty white bowl…
Spanish moss and twine’ified eggs make for a sweet centerpiece.
I used hot glue to adhere the twine to the eggs.

So how are you Counting Down to Spring?
This is an easy link up party… so no button or link-back is necessary, it just has to be Spring related!
Adorable. Creative. Genius.
I am having a spring craft linky party and giveaway on my blog this Friday. I would love for you to showcase this wonderful project.
Details are on my blog today.
What a great idea – I like the idea of eggs on display, but not the idea of bright colorful eggs… definitely doing the twine approach! 🙂
What a great idea, I love the twine'ified eggs! I see a trip to the dollar store in my future!
Those are so cute! I will have to make some this year. :o)
Maryann,
So cute! Simple idea with great impact! I like the way they look in the white bowl. I have tons of twine and plastic eggs. I'm racing to find my glue gun, haha! Thanks for the idea!
xx,
Michelle
I love your twine eggs. I need to make some this year.
Maryann – those eggs are the cutest things! A craft certainly doesn't get any easier than that, does it? lol!
