Benefits of Foot Soak
Lavender isn’t just a pretty purple flower; it’s a powerhouse when it comes to relaxation and skincare. Known for its calming aroma and gentle properties, lavender has been used for centuries to promote relaxation and alleviate stress. Its essential oil contains compounds that can help soothe tired muscles, relieve tension, and promote better sleep. Other than just being relaxing there are other benefits of having a foot soak. I personally have rough heels, doing this soak helps soften them and then I put on some homemade whipped body lotion. You can read all about the great benefits at Canyon Ranch.
