My youngest is 10 now, but filling up their Easter Baskets has always been one of my favorite things to do. I have some Easter basket traditions I do every year… like sandals or flip-flops, sunglasses and some items for the beach (we’re in Southern California so Easter break week usually means a trip to the beach). But over the years I’ve come up with lots of fun alternatives to just candy, so I thought I’d share with you guys some of my favorites over the years.
Here’s some ideas that I love for Easter Baskets (affiliate links included for your convenience):

I hope you enjoy these Easter Basket ideas and find some new ideas for your kiddos too.
This is awesome post. Thanks Nate. This is a best post about Easter Basket Ideas that Don’t involve Candy. I need to purchase golf bag, and suddenly see this great post. I share this site with my friends and colleagues too…cheers !
My kids would love the Krazy string great post of ideas! Thanks for linking up at the #HomeMattersParty !
LOVE this! My son’s only 21 months and obviously does not need candy, ahhaa. I’ll probably make him a small basket with some trucks and bubbles!
My youngest is 11 and we still do Easter baskets. I usually fill them with nail polish, magazines, inexpensive jewelry, hair things, etc. I love your idea to include a pair of sandles. I will have to do that this year.
My 2 girls LOVE nail polishes so that’s a great idea Jen!
These are some good ideas. Those little big-eyed Beanie Babies are really cute and I have noticed that Cracker Barrel Country Store is carrying those too. I hadn’t thought it but they would be perfect for Easter baskets. My husband always loves to put a big bottle of bubbles in the baskets for our grandkids too!
Everyone loves bubbles! 🙂
