Easy Mason Jar Candle Lantern

Thanks for Sharing!

Life is busy… so easy is my BFF.  So for this month’s Thrift Store Decor I went easy and turned a hanging metal container into an Easy Mason Jar Candle Lantern.  I fits perfectly into our nautical decor and I’m loving it in our family room.

Here’s what I found at the thrift store for $1.

I loved the oil rubbed bronzed finish it had already – so it just needed a little cleanup.

I had a gorgeous blue mason jar that fit in it perfectly.

I added a candle and it was a great addition to our family room wall.

I love it all lit up at night too.  Such a beautiful glow.

  1. I have some vintage blue jars I picked up at a garage sale, bigger than quart – whatever that next size is- and I just don’t know what to do with them. I didn’t consider lining them up and putting candles inside, maybe that’s the ticket because yours sure casts a nice glow.
