Ok – let me show you how easy it is to make this festive snowball wreath!

Here’s the supplies you need:

  • wreath form ~ I used a styrofoam one
  • lots of cotton balls
  • hot glue gun

If you’re lucky you can find the wreath form and the cotton balls at your local dollar store.

I started by adding a layer around the top section of the wreath.  Then I worked my way down the outside and then worked my way down the inside.

My ten year old daughter helped me with it, so it took only about 15 minutes.  I dabbed on some hot glue and she stuck the cotton ball on top.  So having a crafting buddy will make this project quicker.

I finished mine off with some metallic red wired ribbon (say that 3 times fast).

  1. This is such a super cute idea! I’ll have to try it one day. I bet my son would love to help with this one too since he’s mesmerized by cotton balls. LOL! (He’s 3.)

  2. What an awesome idea!! I haven’t made a wreath for my porch door and just may have to copy this. The great thing is I can change out the bow and use it for winter and not just Christmas. Love it!
