Pillows: Burlap, Paint and Pretty Fabrics
Happy Monday friends! Hope you had a great weekend. I’ve got the winner of the Minted giveaway, but first…
Pillows… probably the quickest way to update a room, right… followed by another cheap update… paint! Over the years I’ve created quite a variety of pillows, so I thought it would be fun to take a look back this Monday.
I A-Dore the beach… so of course I love this beach burlap pillow that I made with a freezer paper template and acrylic paint. I was inspired by some Pottery Barn love.
This sweet pillow for my youngest daughter was created from a laundry disaster. The fabric was just too pretty so I repurposed it into a frilly princess pillow.
I’ve made pillows from old 80’s sweater… yep, no more sweater onesie.
Ruffle-goodness on this burlap, velvet and fabric scrap pillow. Oh how I love ruffles.
Another burlap pillow with my Sweet Dreams velvet trimmed pillows.
Mr. & Mrs. Starfish ~ some more burlap freezer paper pillows.
And last week I shared my latest pillow… my dish towel pillow.
Not to bad for a girl who’s still figuring out her sewing machine!
Now, the winner of the $50 to Minted is…
Vicky @ Victoria’s Vintage Designs. Vicky I sent you an email. Congrats!
Thanks for stopping by friends… have a fabulous week.
Hi! I love your burlap pillows. I like working with burlap — I recently posted a tutorial for a fringed burlap table runner. The project was quick and easy and I like how it came out!
I love all of your pillows Maryann ~ so awesome!
Love! I think the sweet dreams are my favorite!
