Prepping for Crown Molding

Sharing is caring!

This is a sponsored post written by me on behalf of Bosch for IZEA. All opinions are 100% mine.

We are still making progress on our kitchen makeover… it’s slow going… but it’s going!  I LOVE crown molding… it’s that classic part of my style that comes screaming out when I see gorgeous molding.  Do you love molding too?  So we’re going to be adding some molding to our kitchen and nook.

So on my project list for the day was measure for our new kitchen molding.  Our last weekend was packed and now everyone else was at school or work.

Enter my new fav measuring device!

Bosch Laser Measure

This tool is awesome!  The Bosch GLM 15 laser measure is super easy to use, accurate and even fits in your pocket!

Measuring the Kitchen for Crown Molding

My kitchen is full of angles… whomever designed our kitchen had a thing for curves!

Checking this project off my list wasn’t a problem!

With one press of the button it turns on and instantly gives you an accurate measurement of where ever you have the laser beam pointed to.  It can measure up to 50 feet.

So I hopped up on the counters and started measuring.

If you click the button again it saves your measurement too… which was great… no climbing up and down to write down the measurement each time!
