Happy Monday friends!
I’ve got Thanksgiving food on my brain this morning. This year we’re going to my parents for Thanksgiving to hang with my parents, my 2 brothers and their wives and kiddos.
Here’s what we’re bringing to the Thanksgiving feast:
This has become a staple at our holiday meals since I first discovered it a few years ago. If you love corn you will LOVE this! It is super easy to make and most can be assembled the day before… bonus!
Pioneer Woman’s Scrumptious Apple Pie
I made this last year for Christmas & oh my! I didn’t use any pecans on mine (have some non-pecan lovers). It has oatmeal in the crumb topping and then after baking the pie you pour caramel sauce on top… oh yes! It was divine!
Pioneer Woman’s Creamy Mashed Potatoes
This recipe will be a first-timer for me. Every Pioneer Woman recipe I’ve made… I’ve LOVED… so I’m sure it will be a winner. Folks it has cream cheese in it and a ton of butter… that’s right, there are no calorie counting on Thanksgiving – it’s time to enjoy your food!
What are you making for Thanksgiving? If you have a link to share with your recipe please include it in your comment. I LOVE finding new yummy recipes.
I hope you all have a beautiful Thanksgiving week! I’ll see you tomorrow night at the Power of Paint Party.
