Soft and chewy, these lemon cream cheese cookies have a strawberry thumbprint.

Ingredients
lemon zest
flour
baking soda
baking powder
salt
strawberry jam
Once you've chilled your dough, you will roll the dough into 1" balls.
Then you use your thumb, or the back of a spoon, to make an indention.
Then you fill the indent with strawberry jam.
After baking finish with a simple drizzle.
