- 1 lb pizza dough store bought or homemade
- ½ cup BBQ sauce
- 1 cup cooked chicken cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 tsp olive oil or you can use cooking spray
Preheat oven to 400°F. Grease the bottom of a baking sheet with the olive oil or spray with nonstick spray.
Roll out the dough into a rectangular shape of about 12"x18".
Spread the BBQ sauce over the rolled out dough, leaving about 1" around the edges without sauce.
Sprinkle the chicken pieces on top of the bbq sauce, evenly dispersing them.
Roll the dough along the long side making a tight cylinder. Use your fingers to press the seam into the dough to seal.
Cut the roll into 2" pieces and place on the greased baking sheet.
