Creamy Italian Chicken in the Crockpot
Great weeknight dinner is this Creamy Italian Chicken in the Crockpot. Serve over mashed potatoes or noodles.
- 1/2 stick of butter
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- 1 can of cream of chicken soup
- 1 packet Italian Seasoning Dressing Mix
- 4-6 boneless skinless chicken breast
Melt your butter in a large bowl. Once almost melted add the cream cheese and microwave till butter is melted and cream cheese is softened to mix.
Add cream of chicken soup and Italian Seasoning packet to bowl. Stir till combined.
Place fresh or frozen boneless, skinless chicken breasts in bottom of crockpot. Spoon the mixture in the bowl over the chicken breasts. Spread around to coat the tops.
Cook on low for 4 hours for fresh and 6 hours for frozen chicken breasts.
Serve with plenty of sauce poured on top.
