My Favorite Easter Dish

  • 3 apples I used a combo, 2 granny smiths and 1 fugi
  • 3/4 cup raw almonds make sure they are not salted
  • 1 cup golden raisins
  • 1/2 cup apple cider you can use apple juice or white grape juice too
  • 1/3 cup dates
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon


  1. Chop the apples into chunks. I leave the skin on, but you can peel if you prefer.
  2. Add all of the ingredients to a blender or food processor. Pulse until your desired consistency. Add more juice if needed.
