Easy Peppermint Chocolate Cream Pie
Great for the holiday, this easy Peppermint Chocolate Cream Pie can be made in just minutes.

- 1 Large package Chocolate pudding instant
- 1 3/4 cup Milk
- 1 tsp Peppermint extract
- 1 16 oz container whipped topping
- 1 Graham cracker pie crust
- Chocolate shavings
- 1 Candy cane crushed
In a bowl using a mixer to combine the pudding mix, milk and peppermint extract. Mix as directed on package for pie.
Add 1/2 of whipped topping to pie filling and fold in with a spatula.
Pour pie filling into pie crust and place in refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
Before serving, add the remainder of the whipped topping to the top of the pie
Sprinkle the top of the whipped topping with chocolate shavings and crushed candy canes.
