2tbspall purpose flour
1large egg
¾cupapplesauce
¼cupwater

1½cuppowder sugar sifted

Instructions
Apple Spice Donuts
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Spray your donut pan with non-stick cooking spray or melted butter.
In a bowl, add the spice cake mix.
Add the flour and whisk the dry ingredients together.
Then add 1 egg.
Then add your applesauce.
Whisk the batter together until it's smooth.
I scoop my batter into a large Ziploc bag, seal and snip one of the bottom corners off. Slowly pipe the batter into each cavity on the donut pan, filling each cavity only 1/2 full.
Place the donut pan in the preheated oven and bake for 14-16 minutes, until the donuts are firm to the touch.
Let the apple donuts cool in the pan for 5 minutes before moving to a wire rack to finish cooling.
Glaze
After the donuts are cool you can mix up the glaze in just minutes.
In a small bowl, add the sifted powder sugar, melted butter, and milk and whisk until smooth. If the glaze is too thick, add more milk. If it's too thin, add more powdered sugar.
Then you can dunk or drizzle your donuts with the glaze. If you want you can add a sprinkle of cinnamon sugar on top of the glaze.
