Ingredients
117.5 ozsugar cookie mix
1stickunsalted buttersoftened
1eggroom temperature
1cupchai drink mix
Chai Icing
1cuppowdered sugar
2tbspmilk
1tspchai drink mix
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350° F. Prep a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
Dump your sugar cookie mix into a large bowl or a mixing bowl.
Add the softened butter.
Crack and add the egg.
Add your chai drink mix.
Mix together on low to medium speed with the paddle attachment until the dough comes together.
Use a cookie scoop to roll the dough into 1" balls and place 2" apart on the parchment-lined cookie sheet.
Bake in your preheated 350° oven for 9-10 minutes. Remove and cool on cookie sheet for 2-3 minutes before placing on a cooling rack for another 10 minutes.
Chai Icing
Mix together the powdered sugar and milk and it is smooth.
Add the chai drink mix and stir until combined.
Drizzle the glaze with a fork over the cooled cookies.
Notes
Eat or store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
