Make sure to lay flat and pat dry after shrimp are cleaned.
While shrimp are drying heat olive oil in a large pan to medium-high heat.
Place shrimp in a medium-sized bowl and toss in taco seasoning. Mix together until the shrimp is well coated.
Place in pan stirring often. Saute for about 5 minutes or until shrimp is fully cooked. DO NOT OVERCOOK YOUR SHRIMP.
While the shrimp are cooking, prepare the salsa by combining all ingredients listed together.
Once shrimp is cooked, and salsa is prepped you can assemble your tacos, and enjoy!

Additional options for your tacos: avocado slices, lime wedges to squeeze lime juice on top, hot sauce (for those who like it really hot), sour cream (to help cool it down)Leftover shrimp can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
