Andes Mint Cookie Bars

Andes Mint Bar Cookies using a cake mix are super easy to make and so delicious with that chocolate and mint combo!
The perfect combo of mint and chocolate in an easy cake mix bar cookie!

Ingredients

  • 1 Devil's Food Cake Mix
  • ½ cup butter melted
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 bag Andes Mint Baking Chips

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9x13 pan with nonstick cooking spray.
  • In a bowl, add your cake mix and melted butter. Mix a little.

  • Add the eggs and mix until combined.

  • Add the Andes Mints and stir to combine.

  • Press the batter into the sprayed 9x13 pan.
