Ingredients

Applesauce Spice Cake

  • 1 spice cake mix I used Betty Crocker
  • 1 cup water or water as directed on your cake mix
  • ½ cup applesauce or whatever amount of oil is on your cake mix
  • 3 eggs or eggs as directed on your cake mix

Cinnamon Icing

  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp milk

Instructions

Applesauce Spice Cake

  • Preheat oven to 350°.
  • In a bowl, add the spice cake mix and the water.
  • Add the applesauce to the bowl.
  • Add the eggs.
  • Mix with a hand mixer on low speed for about 2 minutes, until combined.
  • Pour into a greased bundt pan and bake for about 30 minutes.
