Delicious, moist banana bread with a great crumb topping. This is a family favorite bread recipe from my Grandma's friend, Eleanor. I love the combo of the banana bread with the streusel topping. It just tastes like home!

Ingredients
Banana Bread
½cupoilcanola or avocado
1cupgranulated sugar
2eggs

2cupsall purpose flour
1tspbaking soda
½tspsalt
1tspvanilla
Crumb Topping
¼cupflour
¼cupbrown sugar
¼tspground cinnamon
3tbspbuttercold and cut into cubes
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°. Spray a loaf pan with nonstick spray or grease with butter.
In a mixing bowl, add the oil, sugar, eggs, vanilla, and bananas. Mix until creamed together well. Sometimes having mashed bananas ready to add makes it easier to combine, just depends how ripe the bananas are.
In a separate medium bowl, add the flour, baking soda, and salt. Whisk the mixture until combined.
Slowly add the dry ingredients to the mixer bowl on a low speed.
Pour the batter to the greased loaf pan.
Crumb Topping
In a bowl, add the flour, brown sugar, ground cinnamon, and cubed butter. Use a pastry cutter or a fork to break down the butter pieces until they are pea-sized.
Sprinkle the crumb topping on top of the banana bread batter.
Bake your bread for about 1 hour. Check at an hour if a toothpick inserted in the center of the bread comes out clean. If still sticking, add 5 more minutes and check again.
