¼cupall purpose flour
1tablespoonbrown sugardark or light is fine
¼teaspoonbaking powder
⅛teaspoonsalt
pinchcinnamon
pinchclovesif desired
1tablespoonbutter
2-3tablespoonsCranberry Peach Kombucha
handfulfrozen blueberries
Instructions
Add the dry ingredients to the base of your mug (flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and cloves (if desired).
Mix together then add the butter. My butter was softened so it combined easily with a folk. If your butter is cold using your fingers might be easier.
Once the butter has been combined and it looks like pie crust it's time to add the O Organics Kombucha. Start with 2 tbsp and add more if it's too dry. It should look like thick pancake batter.
Sprinkle your handful of blueberries on top.
Pop it in your microwave for approximately 90 seconds.
