I like 80/20 blend

Knorr Selects Bouillon, Beef
1
tsp
chili powder
½
tsp
salt
½
tsp
pepper
½
tsp
garlic salt
½
lb
pepper jack cheese
½
lb
processed block cheese
Velveeta

can
drained, diced tomatoes with green chilis
Rotel
1
jalapeño
diced
Instructions
Add your ground beef to a skillet and begin to cook it over medium heat.
Add the seasoning to the beef as it cooks.
Stir and break up the beef as it cooks, until there is no pink left.
Cut the cheese into chunks and add it to the cooked beef.
Once the cheese is almost all melted, add the can of Rotel, drained.
Mix until combined and the cheese is completely melted.
Serve hot with tortilla chips.
