parchment paper
Ingredients
3cupsmilk chocolate meltsyou can use chocolate chips
1cupcaramel dip
½large Granny Smith appleyou can use any type of apple and use more or less, whatever you prefer
2tbsplemon juice
Instructions
Have your prepared cookie sheet ready with parchment paper on top of a rimmed baking sheet. I used a 9"x12" pan.
In a microwave safe bowl, add your chocolate to melt. Heat at 30 second increments. Stir after each 30 seconds and repeat until the chocolate is melted and smooth.
After melted, pour the chocolate onto the parchment paper and spread it around in an even layer.
Place in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to set up.
Wash and core your apple. Cut into bite sized chunks. Place in a small bowl and toss with the lemon juice to help to keep the apple from browning.
Once the chocolate has set up, remove from the refrigerator. Now you can take the caramel dip and you can spread it over the set up chocolate.
Then sprinkle your diced apples on top of the caramel.
Then place the bark back into the refrigerator for at least 30 more minutes, preferably 1 hr.
