One of my Grandma's recipes, these Chocolate Pudding Brownies are delicious and easy to make.

Ingredients
3.9 ounceinstant chocolate pudding mix
1/2cupall purpose flour
1/4 teaspoonbaking powder
1/3cupbuttermelted
2/3cupsugar
2large eggs
1teaspoonvanilla
1/2cupwalnutsoptional
nonstick cooking spray
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 ℉ degrees.
Combine instant chocolate pudding mix, flour, and baking powder in a large mixing bowl.
Add sugar to melted butter. Mix and then add to pudding, flour mixture. Combine.
Beat in eggs, one at a time. Add vanilla and nuts (optional).
Pour the batter into the pan and spread the brownie batter into a greased 8-inch square pan, making sure to get to the side of the dish. Bake for 35 minutes at 350 degrees.
Cool in pan.
Notes
Let cool at least 20 minutes before cutting into squares. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to a week.Delicious served warm with vanilla ice cream.
