Devil’s Food Cake Mix Cookies with Junior Mints
Easy to make chocolate cookies using a cake mix. It has a great mint flavor with the Junior Mints added.
Ingredients
- 1 Devil's Food Cake Mix
- 1/2 cup butter softened
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 4 ounce box of Junior Mints cut in 1/2 (I froze them for about 5 minutes before cutting)
Instructions
- In a mixer add all the ingredients except the mints and mix until combined.
- Add the Junior Mint pieces and mix those in by hand.
- Scoop the chocolate cookie dough and form cookie dough balls. Place cookies 2 inches apart. I made my cookies about 1" in size. If you want larger or smaller adjust the bake time.
- Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes. Let them cool on the cookie sheet for 5 minutes before moving to a cooling rack to finish cooling.

Notes
Keep in an airtight container for up to 1 week at room temperature or in the refrigerator if it's warm.
