These Easter Mini Eggs Brownie Bites are a quick and easy treat to make with your kids. These delightfully chocolatey bites are the perfect Easter treat.

Ingredients
1Brownie Mixfollow the directions as directed on box
oil
water
eggs
Cadbury Mini Eggs
Flour nonstick spray
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F. Prep your mini muffin pan by generously spraying with floured nonstick spray.
Prepare the brownies as directed on the box. Mix all the ingredients together until smooth.
Use a tablespoon to scoop the brownie batter into each of the mini muffin pan spaces. Fill each space to about 3/4 full.
Then add a Cadbury Mini Egg to each cup.
Bake in preheated oven for 22 minutes.
Remove from oven, and if you want, place another egg on top of brownie bites, pressing gently.
Let the brownie bites cool 10 minutes in the pan before removing.
I like to use a pairing knife to loosen the bites, but they should come over very easily with the nonstick spray.
Place on an a cooling rack for another 10 minutes before enjoying.
