Great for the holiday, this easy Peppermint Chocolate Cream Pie can be made in just minutes.

Ingredients

Large package Chocolate pudding
instant
1 3/4
cup
Milk
1
tsp
Peppermint extract
16
oz
container whipped topping
1
Graham cracker pie crust
Chocolate shavings
1
crushed Candy cane
or crushed peppermint candies
Instructions
In a bowl using a mixer to combine the pudding mix, milk, and peppermint extract. Mix as directed on package for pie.
Add 1/2 of whipped topping to pie filling and fold in with a spatula.
Pour pie filling into pie crust and place in refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
Before serving, add the remainder of the whipped topping to the top of the pie.
Sprinkle the top of the whipped topping with chocolate shavings and crushed candy canes.
Notes
Keep the pie in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
Keep leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
