Ingredients

Pumpkin Bread

  • 1 box Spice Cake Mix 13.25 ounce size, I used Betty Crocker
  • 15 ounces pumpkin puree canned pumpkin, NOT pumpkin pie filling

Streusel Topping

  • ¼ cup butter melted
  • ½ cup all purpose flour
  • ¼ cup brown sugar I used light brown
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions

Easy Pumpkin Bread

  • Preheat oven to 350℉. Line 9" x 5" loaf pan with parchment paper, or spray really well with nonstick baking spray.
  • In a large bowl, combine the spice cake mix and the pumpkin puree. Mix until just combined and you don't see anymore of the cake mix.

  • Pour the bread batter into the prepared loaf pan.

Streusel Topping

  • In a small bowl, add the flour, sugars, and cinnamon. Pour the melted butter on top. Stir together with a fork until it looks like crumbly, wet sand.
  • Pour the streusel on top of the bread batter and spread it around until it covers the top evenly.
  • Place Streusel Pumpkin Bread in preheated oven and baked about 55-60 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool 10 minutes in the pan before removing the bread to a cooling rack. Let it rest of total of 30 minutes before cutting.

Notes

Store in an airtight container. Serve within 5 days.
