Ingredients
Pumpkin Bread
1boxSpice Cake Mix 13.25 ounce size, I used Betty Crocker
15ouncespumpkin pureecanned pumpkin, NOT pumpkin pie filling
Streusel Topping
¼cupbuttermelted
½cupall purpose flour
¼cupbrown sugarI used light brown
¼cupgranulated sugar
1tspground cinnamon
Instructions
Easy Pumpkin Bread
Preheat oven to 350℉. Line 9" x 5" loaf pan with parchment paper, or spray really well with nonstick baking spray.
In a large bowl, combine the spice cake mix and the pumpkin puree. Mix until just combined and you don't see anymore of the cake mix.
Pour the bread batter into the prepared loaf pan.
Streusel Topping
In a small bowl, add the flour, sugars, and cinnamon. Pour the melted butter on top. Stir together with a fork until it looks like crumbly, wet sand.
Pour the streusel on top of the bread batter and spread it around until it covers the top evenly.
Place Streusel Pumpkin Bread in preheated oven and baked about 55-60 minutes.
Remove from the oven and let cool 10 minutes in the pan before removing the bread to a cooling rack. Let it rest of total of 30 minutes before cutting.
Notes
Store in an airtight container. Serve within 5 days.
