Garlic Steak Marinade
A quick, easy and simple marinade recipe for the most delicious Garlic Steak Marinade. Let it sit an hour and then grill and enjoy!
Equipment
- gallon storage bag
Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons garlic minced
- 3 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
- 5 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoons salt
- 2 teaspoons pepper
Instructions
- Add the ingredients to a gallon size storage bag that can seal closed. Add your steaks to the bag. I like to use petite sirlion steaks with this marinade.
- Place in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. I usually let it sit for an hour.
