How To Make Marinade
Making this marinade that is full of flavor is so easy! If you love the taste of garlic, then this is the marinade for you.
I use a gallon-sized ziploc bag and place it in a baking dish or large bowl. This helps keep the marinade upright and to help keep any juices from escaping.
Then I add all the ingredients listed below to the baggie and give it a good shake and smooshing to make sure everything is mixed together before adding the beef.

You can pick which ever tender steaks you prefer, but I typically use a sirloin, ribeye, or flank steak. Add the meat to the baggie and seal it up before placing it in the fridge. You can leave the steak in the marinade overnight if you like.
How long should steak be marinated?
This steak marinade recipe only needs 30 minutes in this marinade to get some great flavors. I typically put mine in the marinade for 1 hour. So I’ll make up the marinade, submerge the steaks and just let it sit out at room temperature for an hour before putting them on the grill.
Grill Steaks

I find grilling steaks is a personal preference and everyone has a different way they like to cook theirs. I prefer high heat to medium-high heat. How long will depend on the thickness of your steak. A flank steak will only need a few minutes per side, while a thick ribeye will take 5-8 minutes depending on thickness. f you’re like me, you’ll add a little pat of butter to each steak as it grills to add so much flavor.
Once your steaks have reached your desired doneness, I like to use a thermometer to get the steak to my desired temperature. Then let them rest for at least 10 minutes before slicing into them.
