Easy and delicious mini cinnamon rolls. They use a canned crescent roll as the dough. A simple delicious sugar, cinnamon filling, and vanilla creamer to create a soft and creamy roll.

Ingredients
1canrefrigerated crescent rolls
2tbspbuttersoftened
½cupbrown sugardark or light brown sugar
1tbspground cinnamon
⅛cupvanilla creamer
Icing
½cuppowdered sugarconfectioners sugar
1tspmilk
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350℉. Place parchment paper in a small baking dish.
Sprinkle a little flour on a work surface, open the can of crescent rolls. Lay flat and press the seams together to create a one rectangle with the dough.
Spread the softened butter over the surface of the dough.
In a small bowl mix together the brown sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle it over the butter.
Roll of the dough, starting with one of the long sides. Slice into 8 pieces.
Place the rolls into the parchment lined baking dish. Drizzle the vanilla creamer over the rolls and place in the preheated oven.
Bake for about 30 minutes, until the tops are golden brown.
Icing
If you desire icing, mix together the powdered sugar and milk until smooth.
Pour over the top of the cinnamon rolls after they've cooled at least 5 minutes.

Serve warm or cold. Place leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature or in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.The cinnamon rolls can be reheated in the microwave. My preferred method is 20 seconds at 50% power. Then 10 seconds full power.
