Red Velvet Cake Mix Cookies with White Chocolate Chips
Super easy to make Red Velvet Cake Mix Cookies that only takes 4 ingredients. They are moist and delicious!
Ingredients
- 1 box red velvet cake mix
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line 2 cookies sheets with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, add red velvet cake mix, eggs, and oil. Mix until just combined.
- Add the white chocolate chips and mix until evenly dispersed.
- Using a tablespoon, scoop some of the batter. Roll into balls and place on the parchment lined cookie sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes.
- Place on a cooling rack for 5 minutes. Enjoy warm or allow to cool completely.
