Ingredients
1brownie mix18.2 ounce size box
½cupbuttermelted
2eggs
3graham crackers
1cupmarshmallow fluff
Instructions
Pour brownie mix into a large bowl.
Add the eggs and melted butter.
Mix together until smooth.
Place the brownie batter in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to chill.
Preheat the oven to 350℉.
Scoop tablespoon sized batter onto a parchment lined baking sheet.
Bake for 6 minutes then remove to add toppings.
Add graham cracker chunks for a small scoop of marshmallow fluff to the center of the half baked cookies.
Place back into the oven for 6 more minutes to finish baking.
Remove and let them sit on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before moving to a cooling rack.
Notes
These cookies can be eaten at room temperature or placed in an airtight container to eat later. They can be kept at room temperature stored for up to 3 days or in the refrigerator for up to a week. I think these cookies are best chilled.
