Ingredients
2cupsheavy whipping cream
14ouncessweetened condensed milk
½cupliquid chai concentrate
½cupdark brown sugar
Instructions
Pour the heavy whipping cream into a mixer bowl with whisk attachment. Start on low and after about 30 seconds you can up the speed to medium high. Whip until it forms soft peaks.
Then add the sweetened condensed milk to the whipped cream. Fold together with a spatula.
In a separate bowl, combine the chai concentrate and the brown sugar.
Pour half of the chai mixture to the mixing bowl and gently fold in the chai mixture. You don't want to mix it in completely.
Pour the ice cream mixture into a loaf pan.
Drizzle the remaining chai mixture on top of the ice cream and use a butter knife to swirl the chai in.
Place in the freezer for at least 4 hours.
Notes
Cover and store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 3 weeks.
