Mock Mocha Shake
Hey everyone! Happy Wednesday! It’s Hannah from Through the Lens again. Today I want to share with you another one of our favorite breakfasts….but this time, it’s perfect for summer! I don’t know about you, but when the weather is this hot, I don’t want to have a hot, heavy breakfast in my tummy. This shake is the perfect blend of sweet, coffee, chocolate and cold. Sometimes, I even have it for a snack, too!
And the great thing about this shake is that it is completely healthy! I’ve been following the Trim Healthy Mama plan for a while now and this shake is a Fuel Pull, which means it’s low in carbs and low in fat! Perfect for keeping you slim and trim!
Mock Mocha Shake
Ingredients:
1 cup coffee
1/2 cup almond milk
1 tbsp. cocoa powder
a pinch of sea salt
3 tsp. of stevia (or other sweetener of your choice)
1/2-1 scoop of protein powder (depends on if you are having it as a snack or breakfast)
6 large ice cubes
Directions:
Blend all the ingredients together except the ice cubes. Add the ice cubes, then blend on high for 15-30 secs. I like it to have a little bit of ice chunks in it, but blend until the desired consistency.

I’m loving this! Pinned and tweeted! I always love your creations, thanks for sharing this with us! I hope to see you tonight at 7 pm. Lou Lou Girls
This looks delicious! It would be a perfect breakfast. Most of the THM recipes don’t usually look good to me but this one looks very doable. (visiting from This is How We Roll)
Sounds delicious!
