Pie with Mom

One of my goals for this year is to eat more pie. Typically, the only times I enjoy delicious pie is during the holidays of Thanksgiving and Christmas, but as a pie lover, that is just not nearly enough. After we baked the pie, my youngest and I got to hang out for a while, catch up on life, and enjoy some pie.
I think for Mother’s Day, that is the gift that most of us moms want. We want to be with our children, we want to enjoy each other’s company, and we want to eat some delicious food.
