Happy Wednesday, people! It’s Hannah from Through the Lens again! I hope your week is going well. My last couple of weeks have been lovely- getting into a routine with my new baby has been wonderful. You can read all about our first couple of weeks here if you want!
Today I am sharing with y’all one of my new favorite breakfasts (or snack!). It’s so yummy and chocolately. You’ll think you’re having dessert, not a meal! And it’s healthy for you, too! 🙂
It’s super easy to whip up in the evening, put it in the fridge, then enjoy the next day!
1/2 cup old fashioned oats
3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 tbsp. cocoa powder
1 tsp. of THM’s sweet blend (or another sweetener of your choice)
1 tbsp. chia seeds (I add this for their health benefits, but you don’t have to!)
1/4 tsp. glucomannan
Mix all the ingredients in a jar with a sealing lid. Put lid on and refrigerate overnight. See, super easy! Enjoy!
