Baseball Rice Krispie Treats
These Baseball Rice Krispie Treats are perfect if you’ve got a little slugger. I remeber the days that my trunk was loaded up with baseball and softball gloves, helmets and chairs. During baseball and softball season, part of the fun is the snacks afterwards… right? How cute are these to bring to your kiddos’ team!
These baseball rice krispie treats are so cute and super easy too.
I made up a batch of rice krispie treats, but instead of putting them in a 9×13 pan I put them in a cookie sheet with sides to it. That made the rice krispie treats thin than normal and easier to cut out.
Let them set up for about 30 minutes before using a round cookie cutter.
Then I melted some white chocolate in a glass pie pan. I dipped one side into the white chocolate. I discovered that the texture didn’t coat super well so I used a spoon to add some more white chocolate to the dipped tops and then smoothed them with an off-set spatula.
Once they set up (about 30 minutes) I used a red gel cake decorating tube to make the baseball stitching.
To make softballs you could use food coloring to tint the white chocolate yellow and use black gel for the stitching.
I hope you guys have a great weekend! Here’s another fun sport’s goodie to check out…
