Cake Mix Cookie
A few weeks ago my kiddo’s school had their Harvest Festival. I made these quick, easy and yummy cookies to sell at our PTA sweets booth.
{Cake Mix Cookie}
Devil’s Food Cake Mix
1/3 cup oil
2 eggs
Preheat your oven to 375. Mix the cake mix, oil and eggs till thoroughly combined. Shape into 1 inch balls and place on a parchment paper lined cookie sheet. Dip bottom of a glass in granulated sugar and press down each cookie, so they are slightly flattened. Re-dip in the sugar between each pressing.
For these cookies a pressed a candy corn in the center after flattening.
Bake for for 6-8 minutes.
This recipe was adapted from a Pillsbury Funfetti Cake mix box.
Wow – these look gooey and warm! Love the touch of candy corn too! Pinned!
What a great idea! Super easy and fun and for the Holidays you could put a peppermint on top or something like that. Thanks for sharing this with us. I am all about quick and easy these days! 🙂
