No Cook Caramel Sauce
This caramel sauce takes literally just minutes to make. It’s great as a layer in a cake, over ice cream or drizzled over a Pioneer Woman’s cinnamon roll is divine.
Here’s this delicious no cook caramel sauce:
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup dark corn syrup
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons water
- Melt your butter. Add the sugars, corn syrup and salt.
- Whisk until combined.
- Add the water and whisk again until water is incorporated.
- Your no cook caramel sauce is ready!
