Howdy, everyone! It’s Hannah from over at Through the Lens, again. Who else thinks it’s crazy that it’s February already?! Today I want to share with you a quick and easy Chocolate Chip Banana Bread recipe that is so moist and yummy!
½ cup light brown sugar
½ cup white sugar
½ cup oil
1 cup mashed overripe bananas (2 large bananas)
½ cup sour cream
1 tsp vanilla
1½ cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
½ – 1 cup chocolate chips
Mix eggs, white and brown sugar. Add oil, mashed bananas, sour cream, vanilla and mix some more. Add dry ingredients. Gently fold in chocolate chips With a spoon or spatula. Pour into a greased loaf pan. Bake at 350 until a toothpick inserted in the middle of the bread comes out clean, about 50-60 minutes.
