We all are busy, right. Finding an easy snack or dessert option is something I’m always up for. I love just being able to grab something from the pantry as I’m running out the door to do kid pickup. Or being able to take a few items to easily whip up a dessert that everyone will love, like this Strawberry Cheesecake Trifle made with Fiber One’s Cheesecake Bars.
I love making a strawberry cheesecake trifle with them. I break up 1/2 the bar and place it in the bottom of a jar.
Add a layer of low calorie topping and some fresh strawberries… then repeat.
It’s a super quick and easy dessert that your family will love. And using the Fiber One Cheesecake bars makes it super easy to create this delicious dessert.
The Fiber One Cheesecake bars have a delicious, creamy cheesecake texture packed with strawberries with only 150 calories and 5 grams of fiber.
Check out that crumbly, flaky interior with a yummy icing drizzle.
That’s why I’m crushing on Fiber One’s Strawberry Cheesecake Bars. I hope you’ll check them out along with this simple Strawberry Cheesecake Trifle recipe.
